The Giare grappa set combines three distinctive types of grappa from the noble grape varieties Chardonnay, Amarone and Gewurztraminer. The grappa matures in oak casks in an elaborate 36 month process. Thus it develops a variety of taste nuances which make the enjoyment of the grappa a real experience of flavours. Each of the three varieties from the Italian Marzadro family distillery has already been awarded numerous prizes.

These excellent grappa varieties are presented in a fine wooden box, which properly showcases them. Tasteful details like the gold-coloured fasteners and hinges emphasise the high quality of the grappa sets. The three grappa varieties of the sets at a glance

• Le Giare Chardonnay
  Due to its long storage and maturation, it convinces with its full and dry taste and is clearly recognisable by its rich, powerful fragrance.
  
  
• Le Giare Amarone
  A delicate, slightly spicy aroma and an intense, velvety taste are characteristic of this Grappa. They are created by the dried grapes that are used for the production of Amarone.
  
  
• Le Giare Gewürztraminer
  A long-lasting, spicy taste characterises this soft, harmonious grappa. And an intense floral fragrance makes it unique among its type.

The family-run Marzadro dedicates the Giare set to commemorating the injustices of the year 1646, in which women in the village of Giare were accused of witchcraft and executed.
