Information on calculating the delivery date

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Our company is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment will be determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution for payments made in advance, or on the day after the contract is concluded for other payment methods, and ends at the close of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the delivery location, the next working day will substitute such a day.

With Express delivery please note!

Orders received by 1 p.m. (CET) will be sent the same day. On the day of delivery - with EXPRESS delivery - someone must be available at the address. But please be sure and enter your telephone number, in case the courier misses you. The order will be left with your neighbours. Tip: enter your business address as the delivery address: often packages are delivered more quickly to business addresses!
We need to receive an Express order by 1 pm at the latest for us to still be able to send it the same day.
Post boxes, package stations, islands, overseas territories and special areas are excluded from Express deliveries.

II. Detailed Information on the Individual Payment Methods

1) Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard.

2) PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as the payment method at checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and initiate the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.

3) Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the mobile app “Google Pay” on a supported device, following the verification steps. 4) Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the service “Apple Pay” on a supported Apple device, following the verification steps. 5) Advance payment by bank transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 21 days, stating the payment reference. We will provide our bank details and the payment reference separately by email as part of the order processing.
